Destiny works in the most wonderful ways on a blessed night on a stairwell where two people just happen to meet and find that sparkle in each other's eyes. This is where Song Pettus & Tara Chang's love story began. This year at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, they added one more momentous day to their lives together...but this time, as husband and wife.
